Finca San Antonio Anaerobic Natural

Discover the fantastic taste of our Rainforest Alliance-certified green coffee beans sourced directly from the natural wildlife reserve of Finca San Antonio in Nicaragua.

Skilled farmers handpick each coffee cherry at peak ripeness. The finest cherries undergo a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation process and sun-drying on shaded African beds for 28-30 days, resulting in a wonderful taste profile.

These green coffee beans deliver a delightfully complex cup featuring bold red fruit flavours, subtle notes of white chocolate, and a satisfyingly full tropical finish. Now available in small quantities for your enjoyment, experience the quality of Finca San Antonio's green coffee beans.

This is un-roasted coffee ready to be roasted at home or your roastery.

What is so special about this coffee?

This a natural anaerobic coffee, which means that the coffee cherries are fermented without oxygen for 72 hours, giving it a unique and fruity flavour that will impress any coffee lover!

The reserve's biodiverse ecosystem and organic farming practices also contribute to the coffee's quality and sustainability. If you're a coffee roaster, you should check out this coffee; you can offer your customers a unique and socially responsible coffee that's simply delicious.

Nicaraguan Specialty Green Coffee Beans

I just recently started to roast my own beans and this is the first time I have tried these beans as well. In a nutshell, these beans are amazing! I love the way they roast. Right from the moment you roast them they taste good. But if you give it the 14 days to degas and rest they taste spectacular. I can't wait to see how the taste develops as I get more familiar with the roasting process. I highly recommend these wonderful beans!

Thanks a lot for your review! We're very happy you're enjoying our beans and the roasting process. Your positive feedback made our day! Keep experimenting and happy roasting.
